The report, titled “Thailand Sustainable Development Report: Insights from the forum for exchanging knowledge between sectors for the sustainable development of Thailand 2023,” showcases the contributions of the National Energy Technology Center (ENTEC) in advancing sustainable development goals.
The National Energy Technology Center (ENTEC), part of the National Science and Technology Development agency (NSTDA), played a key role in organizing the forum. The initiative was led by Dr. Nuwong Chollacoop, Director of the Low Carbon Energy Research Group, along with Dr. Kampanart Silva, a researcher from the Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Research Team and Mr. Pidpong Janta, a research assistant within the team.The forum, held in July 2022, facilitated the exchange of knowledge between various sectors and focused on sustainable development in Thailand. It also included extracting lessons from the first SDGs learning area class conducted between May and September 2023. The event was spearheaded by the International Health Policy Program (IHPP), Centre for SDG Research and Support (SDG Move), and Puey Ungphakorn School of Development Studies.
