During 12-13 February 2026 at Centara Life Government Complex Hotel & Convention Centre Chaeng Watthana, Dr. Kampanart Silva, a researcher in Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Team, Low Carbon Energy Research Group, National Energy Technology Center, and Mr. Pidpong Janta, an assistant researcher in the team participated in the Evaluation Seminar for TCTP Implementation Agencies which was held by Thailand International Cooperation Agency. Dr. Kampanart Silva and Mr. Pidpong Janta were invited to participate in the event as one of implementing agencies who were selected to contribute to and share its design of Third Country Training Programme and direction for obtaining participants’ opinions regarding the Third Country Training Programme. The direction is emphasizing on conducting roundtable discussion and future direction sharing by representatives of participating countries in which the direction attracted interests of the event participants and International Development Center of Japan.
