วันที่ 28 เมษายน 2566 โรงพยาบาลบ่อเกลือ จ.น่าน จากกิจกรรมความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ (MOU) ระหว่าง สำนักงานการวิจัยแห่งชาติ (วช.) และกรมอนามัยเพื่อพัฒนางานวิจัยและนวัตกรรมด้านการแพทย์ การสาธารณสุขและสิ่งแวดล้อม ยกระดับความเป็นเลิศทางวิชาการสาธารณสุขไทย ซึ่งศูนย์เทคโนโลยีพลังงานแห่งชาติ (ENTEC) สวทช. ได้เข้าร่วมพิธีส่งมอบนวัตกรรมเครื่องผลิตน้ำยาฆ่าเชื้ออิเล็กโทรไลต์ (Electrolyzed Natural Cleaning Agent System : ENcase) ที่ผ่านมา https://www.entec.or.th/mou_encase-040166/ ปัจจุบัน ENTEC สวทช. โดย ดร.สมศักดิ์ สุภสิทธิ์มงคล และ ดร.วิศาล ลีลาวิวัฒน์ ได้ดำเนินการส่งมอบและให้ความรู้พร้อมติดตั้ง ENcase เครื่องต้นแบบผลิตน้ำยาฆ่าเชื้อจากสารละลายเกลือแกง หรือโซเดียมคลอไรด์ (NaCl) ด้วยวิธีทางไฟฟ้าเคมี ให้แก่ โรงพยาบาลบ่อเกลือ จ.น่าน เพื่อใช้งานการฆ่าเชื้อทางการแพทย์ การจัดการขยะติดเชื้อภายในโรงพยาบาล และใช้ประโยชน์ในสถานการณ์ COVID-19
