ENTEC Welcomes Mahidol University Executives and Faculty at MU-NSTDA Researcher Visit 1/2025

On April 8, 2025, at the Bussakorn Conference Room, NECTEC Building, Thailand Science Park

Dr. Lily Eurwilaichitr, Assistant Executive Director of the National Energy Technology Center (ENTEC), one of the five national research centers under NSTDA, welcomed Associate Professor Dr. Yodchanan Wongsawat, Vice President for Research, and faculty members from Mahidol University. During this occasion, Dr. Lily presented ENTEC’s vision, research context, and the management structure of its research groups and laboratories, as well as the practical applications of ENTEC’s research outcomes. She also highlighted several collaborative networks that ENTEC is currently engaged in.

The “MU-NSTDA Researcher Visit 1/2025,” organized under the Excellence Collaboration Project between Mahidol University and NSTDA, aimed to foster research excellence and expand networks among research and development personnel. In addition to introducing research work from all five national centers under NSTDA, the event included tours of NSTDA’s infrastructure and testing laboratories. A brainstorming session was also held to explore potential collaborative approaches between faculty and researchers from both organizations. Energy and Environmental Sciences, as well as Advanced Material Sciences and Nanotechnology, were identified as high-potential fields for developing aligned research propositions. The Excellence Collaboration Project, under MU-NSTDA, also plans to organize a visit to Mahidol University’s research facilities on April 22, 2025.
