Ltd., India.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">The meeting focused on exploring potential collaboration opportunities in the fields of sustainable transportation, biofuel development, and electric vehicle (EV) integration within the ASEAN region. Discussions covered a wide range of topics, including integrated EV and biofuel mobility roadmaps, low-carbon and net-zero mobility research, sustainable energy transition strategies, and policy frameworks supporting the deployment of advanced mobility technologies in both Thailand and India.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">During the meeting, Dr. Peerawat presented an overview of ENTEC and its research activities related to renewable energy, sustainable transportation, and biofuel development. He also shared Thailand\u2019s experiences and policy directions regarding biofuel promotion and delivered a presentation entitled \u201cStrategic Integration of Electric Vehicles into the ASEAN Biofuel Roadmap.\u201d The presentation highlighted the complementary roles of biofuels and electrification in achieving regional decarbonization goals and enhancing energy security.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">In addition, the discussion addressed Thailand\u2019s ongoing efforts to promote Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF), particularly through the Alcohol-to-Jet (AtJ) pathway, which converts ethanol into aviation fuel.
